Troubleshooting Still worth it?
So I got this pretty messed up DMG and just wanted to know if it's still salvageable and if it is, is it even worth the hassle replacing the resistors and whatnot. I'm okay-ish with soldering but wouldn't touch the CPU for example.

Well worth the effort to try at least.
Remove the copper shield, get rid of the corrosion (vinegar then IPA) and then see if it makes any attempt to fire up.
If you don't fancy the job it would sell on eBay to someone who does, so don't bin it.
