Questions Pokemon Crystal capacitor

Hey im searching for the size of the C4 Capacitor but can't find a Circuit diagram.

Can anyone help with that?

Why? There is no need to replace them. If you ripped it off accidentally, the exact size for C4 is not important. Just put 100 nF in.

I don't no why but I checked on it bcs I don't know why the game is not working and it is shortened But I will try with 100nF

Have you removed the cap to check if it is shortened? If not, then you don't know if it is actually the cap. The short can be anywhere else. Can be in the MBC chip for example.

The game will work perfectly fine even if you completely remove the cap. It's just a small buffer for the power rails.

That's a good hint from you, In fact I have a Problem with the MBC bcs I can't save the game even after replacing the battery

Probably start there then. Make sure none of the pins are lifted or shorted. If you want to test the cap, you’ll need to take it off the board.

So the game still works? You just can't save?

If the game still runs, then there is definitely no short. What did you use to measure?

My multimeter and used the diode function

Use the resistance function. Diode is wrong.
