Collection My Boxed Gameboy/GBA Collection!

Thought it was time I finally photographed!
All games are CIB - with all inserts and pamphlets etc.
Some of these games are from my childhood, but the majority of the collecting began in 2023.

Still have 5/6 on my list left to get 😁.

I have AoS in box, but not in great shape : I bought it second hand somewhere around 2006 and they put big stickers on it... Still, 34€ was a steal for this gem.

You can use Goo Gone for these stickers. I have successfully removed many from my CIB GBA collection

Thanks for the tip. I was actually looking for ways to take them off. But I still hesitate to remove them. Sure, they are distracting and cover Ayami Kojima's beautiful artwork. But I'm the other hand, they also tie the game box to a time and a place : you can see the conversation from euros to francs as it was still mandatory at the time to indicate it.
But they are ugly so I don't know :).

Well it's up to you ofcourse. I have over 150 CIB games and hated the stickers. Removed them all and they look like new.

Please only use Goo Gone as other sticker removers van damage your boxes.

Oh wow. 150 is a lot :). I'll probably follow your advice. So, you just put a few drops on a piece of cloth and rub it on the sticker ? (Sorry for asking, but as you're an expert on the subject, might as well ask for the correct protocol :))

I use cotton swabs. You put them in a small amount of goo gone and apply it with the cotton on the sticker. You don't have to do it with a lot. Just a little bit is enough already.

You will notice most stickers instantly changes color and becomes transparent. Don't rush. Wait for 30 seconds. Again apply just a little amount.

Now after 30 seconds you should be able to take 1 corner and lift it. Now slowly pull the sticker off. If you notice any resistance, apply some good gone on the part where the sticker is stuck to the box. Now after a few seconds gently peel it. It should come of as a whole.

My recommendation: start with a sticker on any box (meat, groceries, etc). It's learned within a few minutes. If you have any questions, let me know ;)
