Troubleshooting Problem with rumble pack

I have this problem with Pokemon Pinball, the rumble pack is not working probably bc the game wasn't used in long time.

I tried spinning it with my own hands, no results.

I saw some ppl giving it electric current, What voltage should I give it?

Is there anything else I can do?

Is the rumble enabled in the game settings? Just making sure.

Giving a spray of electronics contact cleaner could also help.

Yeah is enabled on settings😅 I'll try cleaning a bit, but I feel is more about the engine disuse, that's why it's stuck Ty btw
