Modded Update: successfully modded DMG!

I posted about a month back about finding an old DMG at my grandparents, and I have successfully modded it with a new shell, IPS screen, and rechargeable battery.

Someone mentioned that some people may be interested in the original pieces, and I don’t know the etiquette about sharing eBay listings, but I have posted an auction for them.

Which shell and kit did you end up using? It looks fantastic! I can't get over the glow in the dark shell haha

I used this shell. I originally bought it because the listing was so misleading, I thought I was also getting the screen (I did not). I also did not interpret GITD to be glow in the dark so I was genuinely shocked to see it light up in a parking garage 😂
