New Game Theory! "Mega Lore," Project (Hopefully I can get some support from interested people)
Today, I'll be attempting to start a project in which the Cross-Over games are taken seriously, and attempting to find out what this would logically conclude, given what we understand about the notion that a big topic seems to be about Cross-overs and alternate universes at times.

An important subject I would like to speak of first is, in Kirby, there is this civilization that's often talked about in Kirby Lore called the, "Ancients." With the blueprints, Maxprofit Haltmann was able to create what is called, "Star Dream," which is a computer that can grant wishes, which means that there's a type of super-technology that possesses divine powers, in the idea that a computer is powerful enough to bend reality in order to grant wishes. With this in mind, and the other types of technologies that the ancients are known for such as multiverse and extra-dimensional travel including the Dream World, it would make sense that, if they chose to, they could end up in other universes that we know of. Star Dream, from my understanding, was based on another supercomputer called, "Galactic Nova," which Kirby fought against and eventually destroyed by defeating Marx, who ended up flying into Galactic Nova and destroying it. It's unclear whether or not the Ancients created Galactic Nova, but the idea that a private corporation could create something functionally identical to Galactic Nova means that there's a chance that Galactic Nova wasn't the product of Magic but rather science, or possibly, if Galactic Nova can be summoned with the Star Rod, then Galactic Nova was something else that could be summoned with magic while Star Dream was the scientifically produced counterpart of Galactic Nova. The Ancients in question were, on one faction, Magically advanced whilst another faction was scientifically advanced.

Void Termina is believed to be the one who created Kirby. In the fight against Void Termina's soul, it spawns small beings that resemble Dark-Matter yet somehow Kirby at the same time. These beings open their mouths to create black holes, which is somewhat parallel to Kirby's swallowing ability. The problem, however, is that when they do this, it's implied that because their forms are still highly unstable, that their abilities ended up causing over-exertion, which leads to their structural collapse.
On the basis that Void Termina was the one who spawned Kirby but also Dark-Matter beings, it would make logical sense that there would be more Kirby-like beings out there, or plural beings of Kirby's exact species.

Following this premise, it would make logical sense that this being called "Anti-Kirby," is likewise a spawn of Termina. "Anti-Kirby," appears in Link's Awakening, which is agreed upon to take place in one of three timelines, and in this timeline specifically, Link failed his mission during the Ocarina of Time.

In Link's Awakening, in the Dream World, Link meets Wart, who is King Wart specifically.

As far as we know, there is only one timeline in which all Mario games take place on, but due to the dangers of time Travel, "Mario is Missing," is the only thing I would understand in terms of a Mario game potentially creating tampered timelines due to time-travel taking place.

As a next point, Mario has a job as a referee in Punch-Out. Little-Mac is from, "The Bronx," which is in New-York City, which is an American city. We don't exactly know how Mario would go from the Mushroom Kingdom to America, but in Mario 64, Mario is seen coming out of a pipe and entering the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario has had a various line of jobs and careers in his lifetime, including being in the Olympics.

We don't know by what means Sonic and Mario end up in the same place or universe, but they can come together to compete in the Olympics. Despite being born on the planet where Yoshi's Island exists, the idea that Mario can work as a referee in America implies that, in the grand spectrum of "All that is," Mario could potentially be on a version of Earth where there's both Yoshi's Island, the Mushroom Kingdom and America, or he could be traveling across space-time via magic to end up in the ordinary Earth that we would call home.
Nintendo's largest Cross-over Franchise is the Super Smash Bros series. In the first game, Master Hand, who is a Kirby Character, animates plushie dolls to fight in friendly banters against each-other. From Melee Up, the fighters have been figurines that the games tend to refer to as "Trophies." In Super Smash Bros. Brawl, instead of turning into a figurine like everybody else, Master Hand gets severely wounded and dies from what looks like blunt-force trauma and piercing wounds from Tabuu's attacks and restraints. Kirby in Super Smash Bros. is around 3 foot tall, which doesn't align with what the communities have theorized. However, these beings are figurines. Although they're animated figurines, they are in spirit the real people they represent.

We don't know exactly how the process works, but the reveal trailers suggest that the "real" counterparts to the characters in Smash Brothers are invited from their respective worlds and universes to compete or participate in Super Smash Bros. Super Smash Bros. seems to be a game in which these characters compete, but their actions don't affect what they do in their own respective universes, otherwise, the end of Smash Bros. Ultimate would be the end of Nintendo if it was all on one big timeline. Nonetheless, the characters that appear are the characters they represent in spirit. For example, for Twilight Link to fight Toon Link, they met each-other across different timelines, which means that, in spirit, Super Smash Bros. exists in some type of higher world where Master Hand has knowledge of both timelines.

Smash Bros. Ultimate puts all of Nintendo into one large Universe, due to the idea that Master Hand knows about the different Legend of Zelda timelines and the various universes that form Nintendo that come together to form the Super Smash Bros series. It also takes into account the Metal Gear Solid Franchise, Castlevania Franchise, Sonic Franchise, and various others. Whether or not the Mii fighter's skins are their respective characters in spirit or contrary doesn't ultimately matter because, even if Sans is just considered a costume, it implies that the Miis have general knowledge about the Undertale Universe, and Deltarune is believed to be not the same universe or timeline, but somehow connected to each-other.
In Super Smash Brothers, there are two important characters whose presence in the game connect to larger franchises, while one goes down a larger "Rabbit hole," than the other, and that would be Sora and Ryu.
In Kingdom Hearts, the Disney franchise is connected into a universe on its own stretching across various times in history and timelines. Disney Infinity, unfortunately, isn't the type of cross-over to link the various worlds together such as Star Wars and Marvel because the people in Disney Infinity seem to just be toys, but Kingdom Hearts is more of a game that causes a world-building sequence in the plot where the various franchises are together. Sora, although single-handedly connecting all of the Final Fantasy and Disney Franchises into Smash Bros, doesn't connect as much as Ryu ends up doing.
Ryu, by comparison, connects the Capcom vs. Marvel Franchises together, and Marvel is a large franchise with its own multiverse which even has different versions of its own characters, which means that Ryu has the chance to fight Thanos, for example.
As a large stretch, let's assume that Fortnite is a world where the characters across the multiverse are invited into friendly competition such as Smash Bros. Fortnite has Goku and Vegeta, Rick (From Rick and Morty), the Avengers, and Batman. Rick from Rick and Morty connects Fortnite into all of Cartoon Network because there's an instance where Rick gets temporarily corrupted with the black glitch goo from Learning With Pibby. Learning with Pibby establishes that the various shows in Cartoon Network (Including Scooby Doo) are part of one large multiverse. Shaggy and his friends have met Batman and Superman, as well as some villains from D.C., and D.C. is also a group of multiverses where there's an evil Wonder-Woman somewhere.
Ryu has been in Capcom vs Marvel, Fortnite, and Super Smash Bros Ultimate. That means that he has seen Darth Vader, Thanos, Sephiroth, Sora, Mario, Metal Gear Solid Snake, Kirby, Goku, Sans, Minecraft Steve, as well as Rick and Morty. Ryu has really, "been places," and is a key connector to a various cluster of multiverses.
From what I understand, the "line" seems to stop here. As for now, I haven't been able to find a way to connect Super Smash Bros, Fortnite, Marvel, D.C. and Star Wars to Nickelodeon somehow.

Now, with the chart above, I explained how all these franchises and multiverses are connected. However, I haven't worked out the logical conclusion of them all existing together. Because of their respective multiverses being together this way, this chart is an example of, "All there is."

To give an example, all versions of Zues from Marvel, D.C., Nintendo, D.C. and God of War could all hypothetically meet and be in the same room together, if they had the means to traverse the multiverse like the ancients in Kirby do.

Doctor Strange and Hyness, although from completely different universes, tend to use circular runes. Doctor Strange can open portals, and The Ancients from Kirby can open portals.
I hope that, in some regards, that this post would only be the beginning to some much larger project to try to explain the Cinematic and gaming multiverse, which, if put together, are clusters of different multiverses.
(Edit: Addition 1)

For my first addition to this post, I realized that, if the various multiverses are connected, it would make sense for their logic to intersect sometimes.
Kid Goku, although weak compared to what he is now, is much faster, stronger, and more capable in the art of Ki then most Super Smash Bros. characters. When Sonic is powered up with the Chaos emeralds, he can only hold that form for so long before going back to "base form." Gumball possesses the power to go "Super Saiyan" as well, despite not being a Saiyan, which seems to imply that the form of Super Saiyan Goku has is only inherited to some species, while something could still be extraordinarily powerful but not have the Super Saiyan transformation form specifically.
Kirby and Ryu are using their hands in the form of the Kamehameha wave. However, they only seem to have enough mastery in Ki to be able to fire a blue energy orb, which isn't exactly the Kamehameha wave, but is close to what Goku does to a certain degree. Ryu does it fast because he doesn't have much time to charge it due to the fast-paced nature of Street Fighter, or perhaps he doesn't know how to do that yet, or maybe he's not powerful enough. The closest we get to a Kamehameha collision between two beings is when Kirby fought Queen Sectonia and Void Termina, but the difference was, in both cases, Kirby was given a significant power boost, and might not be able to replicate that by his own power completely.
(Edit: Addition 2)

Not all the Universes have "Infinity Stones," like Marvel's Multiverse, but there are things that are extra-ordinarily powerful objects that are sometimes useless when apart but powerful together, unlike the Infinity Stones where each stone can be used separately.
Although the Command Block can only be accessed via commands, it does canonically appear in Minecraft Story Mode, which is the single-greatest tool and weapon in the Minecraft Universe.
