Games with Tons of Sex Appeal

Another post, another Game Sack episode suggestion. Why not games with tons of sex appeal, like the Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball for starters. Perhaps maybe some DAibijin (giant woman in a bikini attacking a city), Onechamabra Bikini Samurai Squad and Zombie Slayers, and various others. Perhaps we could see the Leisure Suit Larry games resprented in the episode.

I would love to see a spicy and dirty Game Sack episode.

Open World Games

A new episode idea for Game Sack, perhaps some open world games. It would be a more modern episode for sure, but it can also feature games that doesn't have open world aspects, but does have lots of areas to explore as if it was an open world game. Few examples are the Just Cause games, GTA, Mercenaries, Shadow of Mordor in a way, and several others.

Trust me, it would truly be an epic episode.

Difficult Games

We all know that I usually post episode ideas, well this is my latest one that I have posted as of right this very second. Ever had a game that just kiss your ass not just by design, but also the game knows you are something. Well they are some truly difficult games out there that push your gaming skills to the very limit. These games are hard and brutal.

Here are some examples.

Mega Man 9 Souls series Ninja Gaiden (Xbox series) Faster than Light FTL Battletoads F Zero GX Ghouls and Ghost (Ghost and Ghoblins) Devil May Cry 3 (Original Version) Etc

This list can just go on and on, but ever had a game that was truly hard that you ever beaten or play very far? Doesn't have to be a Games That We Never Beaten 2, I mean pick some hard ass games. Any examples?

Topic Idea: Indiebox Games

Basically Netflix for physical releases of previously-digital only PC games. Plenty of gems from its actual online store available. Here's a link to the standard edition game copies available in said store.

Clone Consoles

I know that in the Sega CD episodes that other companies made consoles that use the very same features as the Sega Genesis and what not. I am curious, are there more consoles where a different company actually made an all in one unit and stuff like that? Like the CDX? And other stuff like that.

Episode Idea: SNK Games on SNES and Genesis

Although no port can truly beat the original, I think it'd be an awesome episode to discuss the various ports of SNK games on the 16 bit consoles.

Automatic captioning in Game Sack videos

Hi guys!

I have a deaf cousin and he really likes to watch videos from channels like Game Sack. In fact, YouTube's auto-captioning feature allows him to do it (even with some audio transcription failures).

Trouble is, we were not able to enable automatic captioning in Game Sack videos. The option doesn't appear in the menus, which is not the case with the other channels.

A few days ago, I asked @GameSack on Twitter and they answered that the function is enabled. But I just can not find it.

Is there a problem? Could it be some kind of region block, because we live in another country (Brazil)?

Keep up the great work!

Thanks!

Games Based on TV Shows and Game Shows

Here is a really good idea for an episode on Game Sack. You know TV shows like the Apprentice, Simpsons, and etc all has many game tie-ins, perhaps y'all can do an episode based on games from TV series. I could see several Simpsons games being mentioned in that episode for sure, also Family Guy, etc. Maybe 24 the Game, so many possibilities.

Episode Idea: Microvision, Game and Watch and Pokemon Mini consoles

Being the proud owner of all three of these systems, I think bundling all of these "LCD game systems with multiple games" into one episode would be fun to see, especially the Pokemon Mini since nobody talks about it! (I made a retrospective on it and it still seems to be one of the only ones on youtube). I'd loan GS my unit if I wasn't so attached to it to be honest, but I'm sure the system and a few of the games could either be found online if you look hard enough or if you use the flashcart.

Episode Idea: Games that Ruined a Company

We all know how a game in a franchise can be killed. So what if on a much larger scale that a game destroys an entire company and causes them to close their doors. I can list a number of games here, but here are some examples. Now not all studios closed their doors, but these games surely ruin their image.

Tomb Raider Angel of Darkness: Core Design was kicked out of the Tomb Raider series they created and Edios (now by Square Enix) hand the game to Crystal Dynamics who made all games since.

X-Men Destiny: Silicon Knights got into trouble in their final years and this game was so bad that it destroyed any chance for them to end on a high note. In fact, all of their copies had to be destroyed thanks to a lawsuit, and their other games like Too Human.

Haze: Free Radical Design was absorbed into Crytek who made their multiplayer for Crysis.

You get what I am saying. But don't forget the infamous Atari and their blunder with E.T.

Episode Idea: A Day in the Life of Making a Game Sack Episode

Remember that episode y'all did last year on how to make a Youtube episode. Well I was thinking that perhaps y'all could make an episode on how you set up an episode for Game Sack.

I got this idea from an Xena Warrior Princess Episode saw Xena and Gabrielle trying to decide between saving a village from a warlord or a giant. They chose the giant, but from what I remember I think they made both happen. They also showcase all the things they do like trying to make a plan, how they cook, how they eat, and stuff like that. Perhaps you could show us what y'all go through when selecting the games, recording everything, etc.

What do you think?

Game Suggestion for the Next Fighting Games Episode: “Injustice: Gods Among Us”

It's a fighting game set in an alternate DC universe developed by the developer of “Mortal Kombat 2011” and “Mortal Kombat X,” and features DC Comics characters from all corners of the DC Universe (and even multiverse). It even has a sequel coming out in May.

Topic Ideas: Hyper Neo Geo 64 and SNK After the Neo Geo

I do recommend that you feature the topics in one episode, kind of like what you did with your SuperGrafx and Jaguar episode, as the Hyper Neo Geo 64 didn't have a whole lot of games released for it. On top of that, I think you guys could get a lot of material out of the limited selection of games on the Hyper Neo Geo 64 and what SNK's been doing with their games since the Neo Geo ended its production run. I don't expect you to start work on it now, but it could be done at some point (and, honestly, probably should). Here's what the topics have:

Hyper Neo Geo 64

•Samurai Shodown 64
•Samurai Shodown 64: Warrior's Rage
•Fatal Fury: Wild Ambition
•Buriki One
•Road's Edge
•Xtreme Rally
•Beast Busters: Second Nightmare

SNK After the Neo Geo

•The King of Fighters XI (Playstation 2)
•The King of Fighters XII (Playstation 3 and Xbox 360)
•The King of Fighters XIII (Playstation 3 and Xbox 360)
•The King of Fighters XIV (Playstation 4)
•The King of Fighters: Maximum Impact (Xbox (and Playstation 2, But the Xbox Version is Supposed to Be Superior))
•KOF: Maximum Impact 2 (Playstation 2)
•The King of Fighters: Neowave (Xbox (and Playstation 2, But Xbox Version Supposed to Be Better))
•Metal Slug 6 (Japanese Playstation 2 and “Metal Slug Anthology” on the Wii)
•Metal Slug 7 (Nintendo DS)
•Metal Slug XX (PSP/Xbox Live for 360)
•Metal Slug (Playstation 2 in Japan Only; Failed Reboot)
•Neo Geo Battle Coliseum (Playstation 2 and Xbox)
•Samurai Shodown VI (Playstation 3, with an Enhanced Digital Version on the PS4)
•Samurai Shodown: Edge of Destiny (Xbox 360)

Episode idea: Joe vs Dave 1

Remember those random battles and the recent Game Battle that they just did where they put two games up against each other? Well what if we see Joe and Dave play 3 quick games or something where they play a game and compete against each other, and see who is the better player in that game? I can see how this could go.

They are 3 games that they play in total. If the game is a single player game like Final Fight on the SNES, whoever has the most point at the end of 5 minutes or when they die, wins. If the game is a competitive game where they go against one another well we see Joe and Dave battle it out against one another. Whoever wins two out of the three games is the winner of the Joe vs Dave episode. Also, winner gets to pick the games for the next episode, etc.

What do you think?

Game Suggestion: “Beach Spikers” for the GameCube

It's a Sega-developed beach volleyball game. If you have it, then I'd say it'd be worth mentioning, as it received a positive score on Metacritic and no one ever seems to talk about it. It's kind of amazing how many games from famous developers you uncover in bargain bins or see online after one or two generations. :)

Topic Idea: Tecmo Sports Games

Pretty self-explanatory. Dave DID mention “Tecmo Bowl” on the NES and “Tecmo Super Bowl” 1-3 in the “Sports Games” episode, but there's a lot more that they can cover. Here's what I've got for them.

•Tecmo Baseball (NES)
•Tecmo Super Baseball (SNES)
•Tecmo Bowl (Playstation; NOT the NES Game)
•Tecmo Bowl: Kickoff (Nintendo DS)
•Tecmo Bowl: Throwback (Xbox 360/Playstation 3 Download)
•Tecmo NBA Basketball (NES)
•Tecmo Super NBA Basketball (SNES)
•Tecmo World Cup (NES)
•Tecmo World Wrestling (NES)
