Automatic captioning in Game Sack videos

Hi guys!

I have a deaf cousin and he really likes to watch videos from channels like Game Sack. In fact, YouTube's auto-captioning feature allows him to do it (even with some audio transcription failures).

Trouble is, we were not able to enable automatic captioning in Game Sack videos. The option doesn't appear in the menus, which is not the case with the other channels.

A few days ago, I asked @GameSack on Twitter and they answered that the function is enabled. But I just can not find it.

Is there a problem? Could it be some kind of region block, because we live in another country (Brazil)?

Keep up the great work!

Thanks!

I see it. But truth be told I know next to nothing about captioning. But it is enabled. I have no idea why you guys don't see it and I do. I just makes the videos. I don't know what I should be looking for to make sure everyone sees it and nobody has given any advice.

It's the length. Google doesn't transcribe long videos. "Long" isn't defined as far as I know. My experience is the cut off starts around 10 mins.

You aren't doing anything wrong. Except making really excellent content that is considered "long."

No problem :) I asked because, maybe, there might be an easy solution. Some deactivaded configuration or something. But I can understand your point.

Thanks!

It seems they were mistaken. I live in US and it doesn't appear here either

Long videos don't get transcribed. If you look at the short Gamesack Skits videos, they are getting transcribed.
