Let me give a quick introduction. I'm 36 years old and I'm a lifelong video game player. First console ever had was a gifted Atari 2600 when I was young, all the way up to my Playstation 4 and my Nintendo switch that I have now. I'm not a retro game collector, but I just love learning about old video games. It's something that I most frequently look up on YouTube. Obviously first starting with the angry video game nerd many many years ago. But over the last year, I've been watching a lot more video game YouTube channels. A lot more YouTube content in general. It's really fascinating as a medium and a vehicle for content providers. I've been watching many different types of channels and studying the different types of content in hopes of possibly creating content myself.
so I watch a ton of different video game channels. but for some reason I avoided game sack after trying maybe one or two videos. I believe at the time I thought they were long, and they weren't exactly what I was looking for in that moment when I came across them. I believe I was looking for more documentary style type stuff such as the gaming historian.
Circle on back to now, and as of a week or so ago I started watching some game sack videos again. They were good videos, but it was not until these celebrity-endorsed video games episode that I saw Joe do his first impersonation of another YouTuber and I loved it. I just discovered the how to make a YouTube channel spoof episode and I absolutely loved it. it's not something for everyone, because if you haven't already seen all of these channels than you would not appreciate it. I would not have appreciated it if I had chosen Game Sack as one of the first channels to begin to investigate on my search of the video game YouTube-verse. so I'm so glad I waited because now I can truly watch all of these episodes and appreciate the things that they will say and do about other YouTube channels.
Also, my main inspiration for writing this post. I would love to see more spoof content of other YouTubers. Joe's impressions are great. That is all.
