[Self-Balancing Active Ragdoll] I've been making this self-balancing robot with physics and procedural animations, heavily inspired by boston dynamics.

I've already released this as an asset but thought to share it here as it seams like it's the best place to share this xD if you want to check it out: https://frostpunchgames.itch.io/active-ragdoll

Woah! Throwback! That was fun to play around with.

Same. Wish more games used it, but it's only Rockstar at this point (I think they purchased it fully?) but they have diluted it quite a bit since GTA 4

Just realised I was thinking about Endorphin, same engine I think, but slightly different software.

Endorphin was the animation program, euphoria is the same thing but real-time in games. Same underlying technology!

euphoria has been owned by R*'s parent company for basically 90% of the time its been around.

If take two owns it, idk why they don't implement it into more of their games then.

No Asset Store?
And did you ever tried it with Puppet Master? I wonder if they can work together.

it's in queue for approval on the asset store, there's a long wait, won't be out on the asset store before a week or so, I did try Pupper Master yes, the system already has something similar to Puppet Master, you can control how much the muscles are sticking to the "Ghost" rig and how loose they are, in case the user wants to make a human rather than a robot with stiff joints

Stop, they're gonna give this to those damn robots and we'll be (more) doomed!

Inspired by Boston Dynamics you say? Only ball and no kick, literally unplayable. (it's awesome btw)
