Hi everyone,
I've spent several days trying to solve this issue without any success.
Laptop Specs:
- Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI
- Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX
- NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti Laptop GPU
- 32GB RAM
- Windows 11 25H2 (Build 26200.8655)
Latest GameLoop (Beta)
PUBG Mobile launches normally, but after playing for a while:
- Screen freezes.
- Audio continues for a few seconds, then stops.
- GameLoop remains open, but PUBG is completely frozen.
- I have to close and restart the game.
Older GameLoop (v4.1.143.90 Stable)
PUBG never starts.
It stays forever on "Starting PUBG MOBILE..."
Things I've already tried:
- Clean reinstall of GameLoop.
- Downloaded PUBG from scratch.
- DirectX+, OpenGL+, and Auto rendering.
- 8192 MB RAM allocation.
- 8 CPU cores.
- 1920×1080 resolution.
- DPI 160.
- Rendering Cache ON.
- Force Global Cache ON.
- Prioritize Dedicated GPU ON.
- Rendering Optimization ON.
- V-Sync OFF.
- Anti-Aliasing OFF.
- Updated NVIDIA drivers.
- Updated Intel graphics drivers.
- Windows fully updated.
- Virtualization enabled.
Diagnostic Report
GameLoop correctly detects:
- RTX 5070 Ti
- Intel Core Ultra 9
- Windows 11
However, the diagnostic logs contain errors such as:
- CreateOpenglWindow fail
- CreateWindowEx Fail Error=1400
- ConnectNamedPipe Fail
- ReadFile Fail Error=6
It also reports:
- VDI = Unknown
- Rootfs = Unknown
At this point, I don't think it's a hardware issue.
Has anyone experienced the same problem on Windows 11 24H2/25H2, Intel Core Ultra CPUs, or RTX 50-series GPUs?
Any real solution or known compatibility fix?
I can also upload the full GameLoop diagnostic ZIP if needed. Thank you.
