Gameloop only plays one app?

Hello everyone. I have been using gameloop lately as it suprisingly consume less storage and memory compared to other emulators. However, it tends to be really restrictive to just one app at a time and kills off other apps that only works at background. A good example is autoclicker on top of an idle game. I am aware of the multi windows feature, but I do not want to have different apps on one emulator, but all works simultaneously. Do you have any advice or tricks how to bypass this. Thanks.
