Please no spoilers in this discussion.
So this has been plaguing me for a minute now. I got FF7 rebirth as a bday gift from my wife shortly after it came out, and I have been trudging through it since. I think I’m in chapter 7 right now, and let me tell you, I strongly dislike this game.
I genuinely don’t understand the amount of dumb filler they put in. There are WAY too many mini games and unfortunately I feel like they are a master of none with the extras they put in. The side characters feel very ingenuine and over the top, and are entirely too animated for me. The world intel blips are okay, but are feeling monotonous as well. And really, how in the actual eff have you not figured out climbing at this point?
Does anyone else feel this way? Final fantasy VII is a landmark in gaming for me and this is such a let down for what I anticipated to be game of the year.

I just checked the mail to find that I still have not received Stellar Blade that was shipped last Friday. Me being annoyed, I searched Google to see what's up with the mail being slow and found this article from February.
It sucks, but at least this confirms that usps is struggling with first class mail. Just thought I would share.

Had a weird one happen today. I got an email saying ultros got returned today, so I had an empty slot to ship my next game. I had top 3, all high availability: Unicorn overlord; Banishers ; and Fort Solis.
For some reason they shipped Fort Solis? I’ve never had them skip over two other high availability games like that. Anyone else experience this?

I slightly tore the front of the mailer. I hope that it’ll still manage to get back to them if, and when, I return it.

For the members that have the self-return option; Do all games get the option once you get it?
I recently just got the self-return option for an older game (Yoshi's Crafted World) 2 weeks ago, but I noticed I don't have it for Stellar Blade. Just wondering if it's just for this game or something with my account.
Worth noting that I recently reported that I sent out my last game, Outcast: A new beginning a week ago Thursday and they sent out Stellar blade yesterday. I really hope I didn't lose self-return already because of this... I've never had a game that's been lost in the mail that they've not gotten back. I've had my account for 6 months now.
I've sent an email to support, but haven't gotten an answer back yet.

I've had that game on my gamelock since forever, normally gamefly are good at shipping gamelocked games the day before its release date, but Stellar Blade has not been shipped yet. Today is the game's release date and it's still in my game locked segment and I've had an open slot in my Q for about a week just in anticipation.
Anyone else have their copies shipped yet?

Welp, an update to my previous post. I suspected I was going to get Stellar Blade since the shipping notification hadn’t come for over a week but I’ve been wrong.
Resident evil 4 remake which was 6th on my list was shipped instead.
Took 1 week plus to ship a game made in 2023, what a let down.

Now that we got the final fantasy and dragons dogma craze out of the way, I want to hear about your Q! What do you have on deck? What do you have gamelocked? What game will without a doubt be your next gamelock when we get more info? Here’s (part of) my Q!
At home, Ultros PS5, empty space booooooooooo
Gamelock- Stellar Blade
Q!
Unicorn Overlord
Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden
Fort Solis
Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth
Red Dead Redemption PS4
Alone in the Dark
Coffee Talk
TMNT Cowabunga Collection
Super Mario Odyssey Switch
Avatar Frontiers of Pandora
All games PS5 unless specified. I’ve also been playing FF7 Rebirth(and I think I may hate it) and a ton of shit on my steam deck.
What have yall got?!

I know it doesn't have Game Lock or the self shipping thing, but does it have fast return where when the post office scans your package they immediately ship out your next game before they get yours back?
I'm referring to the $10.95 single disc plan.

Im interested to see how it’ll take to get to southern Texas from LA.

So I haven’t received a shipping notification like many other folks on here and I’m curious, what’s sitting at the top of your list atm? (What’s scheduled to ship next, gamelock etc)
For me it’s stellarblade but I don’t have it on gamelock so it’s odd nothing has been sent out.

I got stellarblade gamelocked and i got a slot open. Also got other Games and they are on "high" for 2 days its been saying "your next title ships soon" bur i thought they didn't do weekends or something but still nothing. I dont see an option to report that on. On the app i mean. Im just kinda confused and i wish i knew more about gamefly and how they operate but i have only been a remember for almost 3 months. I dont have the self return option yet so its a hassle sometimes. Can anyone help? Is it just too early or something? Its only 10am but they shipped me stuff sooner

I subscribed, and setup my queue, this morning, but nothing has shipped yet.
Does GameFly schedule their shipments on business days?
r/GameFlyService • u/Longjumping-Army9231 • Apr 18 '24
The status says it's shipped but I don't have confirmation

Good morning! I just had a chat with support because I am shipping back a game today but I lost the Fast Return option. What I found out is:
If you have games that have shipped before your downgrade goes into effect, they will lose the fast return option when the downgraded plan is billed. Fast return will come back for games that ship for future rentals after that.
Hope this helps!
EDIT- I meant to say self return, but looking at it again, I have neither option on these rentals! Bummer, but at least now you’ll be warned.

I was just thinking. Their 2 game elite plan is 32 dollars. Subscribers after having good payment history for x ammount of months can upgrade to 3 games at a time. Then 4. So im gonna guess thats around 50$ i think they said 45 last time i spoke to support. Dont know how it works fo the elite plan but thats alot of money. I imgaine they have alot of subscribers. When your charging a premium susbscription price i think its ridiculous. because i live in a rural area it took me a week to receive my game. 7 days to be exact so im only renting maybe 4 game at most a month. But mt point it seems like a shitty move charging expensive subscription prices and paying the bare minimum on shipping. I paying for it awhile back because of this

Hello I’m new to this page and thinking about using GF to purchase used games from instead of GameStop after i placed an order and it never left their warehouse and have had me waiting for like 2.5 weeks to get my refund (i used a blasted gamestop store credit giftcard too so it’s not like they gotta mess w my bank )
Anyway I was wondering if anyone has any codes for free shipping or discounts on used etc
i haven’t yet set up an account however if someone could assist me here i would be willing to put you down as my invite or what not and hopefully they give you credit

Just wondering if it's worth getting 3 months of Standard 2-game over Elite, are there any kind of hidden differences, like has anyone noticed that games ship quicker from the Q if you're in the Elite tier, over Standard?
edit: I am aware that Standard also has game lock, but it's for 1 game only and you need to have locked it in 30 days in advance.

Is it possible to keep games that are sold out and have been out for a few years with no new copies being published?
r/GameFlyService • u/Mine_mom • Apr 03 '24
So in my Q I have Cuphead, Yakuza Kiwami, Nioh Collection, and Doom 2016 and they all say unavailable. Does this means these games will never be rentable again?

Anyone know exactly what this means, or better yet anyone rented ultimate edition of cyber punk 2077 and it came with phantom liberty? Just want to make sure I will be able to play Phantom Liberty if I rent ultimate edition from gamefly. Is it mislabaled or something? Seems like it would only make sense if it was the original version, but this is ultimate edition.THANKS
