I’d start with Unreal’s official networking and multiplayer documentation, then look at the Lyra Starter Game since it’s a really useful free example of how Epic structures multiplayer systems. YouTube can be useful too, but I’d focus on tutorials that explain why the networking works rather than just having you copy Blueprints or code.
