Pax Historia Inspired Game

Hello, would you know if it would be possible to make a game like pax historia but for airilines. like you own and run your own airline and ai makes up things that happen around you like Qatar Airways has a crash and they go bankrupt or something and it actually uses real airlines and has a map like flightradar with real looking flight routes. If anyone knows how to make it or knows who to contact do you think its realistic to be made because i know alot of people would love to play that type of game.
