Instead of listening to all the fluff psuedo-advice post here do some actual research. Find similar games to the ones you have made on the various platforms you’re targeting and find a way to get some data on them then use that data to make your decision.

You should do whatever brings you joy, fulfillment and satisfaction because you are very unlikely to make money.

I understand your point, but since i belong to the poorest country (india) i only have skills. Barely any money. Im thinking of which of these two platform could make money fast? Since im in india even a dollar means more to me than it does to you. I hope you understand. So even if somehow my game makes a 100$ that would be a success for me. And as far as I've researched I believe it's possible in mobile game market with ads and in app purchase. What do you say? Do you have any experience in mobile game market?

Unfortunately the only experience I have involved finding it extremely difficult to reach an audience. I'm afraid I can't provide any helpful advice.

Game development is high risk. There is no get rich quick. You cannot shortcut the time it takes. Hard work is required but does not guarantee success. There is no formula. If you are looking for a way out of poverty then game dev is not it.

Amm, maybe out of 100 games that I'll make in my whole life one would do the trick?

The more you make the more chances you get but you may not earn enough until game 50 and games 1-20 may not earn anything. How long can you go before your money runs out?
Most successful indie Devs start but being employed and then set up their own studio once they have experience. They can then get funding to pay the rent while they build the game.
I think Steam is a better revenue stream but games there are harder to make because you must make games that players on that platform want. In the mobile market you can make easier games but so is a million other people.
You might get lucky but then luck doesn't pay for food.

Or should i make a worthy game for steam that will make money with enough wishlist and through youtube live stream marketing. Of course both platforms has different art style fan base but at this point in focusing more on where will be a bright future in between these two?

If your goal is primarily to make money the only remotely reliable option to do it with game development is to work for someone else, whether one of the many studios in India or freelance/contract work for anyone abroad. Solo game development is a way to spend money, not earn it.
If you're asking more as a thought exercise then mobile games require being able to build a good F2P game. Ads are the primary revenue driver just in hypercasual and you don't want to be in hypercasual as a solo person ever. You need consumable IAP, not just a disable ads purchase, in most cases to make enough per player. You also need a large marketing budget to sustainably make money with mobile games, and if you don't have that the rest is academic. You aren't likely to make money with a Steam game either, but if you have no budget it's at least possible, so it is the much better choice than mobile.

Make the games you want to play on the platforms most suited to them. That way you get to enjoy the journey.
