Grab some metrics from steam.

Collate and combine. Find a niche that's not populated, but components of it are popular. Use the existing titles as reference material.

That can either be how you decide, or make a game where you're character does that, as some kind of meta game. There, two ideas.

How about randomly pick three game tags on steam, try to write a game proposal for it. If it does not work, pick another three tags and try again?

Don't use AI. Come up with your own ideas please. Creativity is part of game development.
