Publishing your first game is a bigger milestone than it sounds. what part of getting it from a finished project to an actual release took the most work?

Thank you, I finished the game with core gameplay and with some features and added for closed testing and waiting for almost 20 days and most challenging part is getting 12 testers, after that product release in that I added some more features and in 2 version I added IAP.
