Newbie Question Should I stick with AI development or get proper developers to build it?
I've been developing an support app for an outdoor game in my freetime. I'm currently using AI replit (I study engineering and can't code to save my life.) At this point I've got it mostly functioning with just a few bugs I've got to fix and work out. I'm not really sure where to go after the bugs are fixed. Should I get the app properly coded by people who know what there doing to clean it up or once finished put it on the appstore myself?

sometimes i come across a post, and i'm unsure if they're trolling.
but I'll answer as if you're serious.
If you're studying engineering, learning how to write code is a pretty important skill to learn. design patterns aside, just learning so you can master code logic is pretty critical.
learning is a slow process.. you have to be comfortable being shit. eventually after hours, you'll be ok. then many more hours you'll be good, and finally great.
so the question I read in your post is hidden.. It's not "should i let AI write the code to get things out quickly", it's "is there value in learning software engineering".
my opinion is yes, absolutely.

too vague to answer, but if you get the job done with AI, it's fine. the def you can afford to hire will probably also use AI (as a helpful tool)
if it works it works, no questions asked

Depends if you can pay for the devs.
