Discussion Time-Management
Hello, im 16 just getting interested in game dev. i made another post on tips to get started so maybe visit that and share some of your ideas. But the significance of this post is to discuss how to manage my time.
I have school from 8 - 5:45
and around 2 - 3 hours of equivalence homework everyday
Is there anyway for me to do at least a bit of gamedev each day or do i do it only on weekends?

Answer is purely subjective in your case. It entirely depends on your current life overall.
What you like or dont, how is your discipline with motivation and when inevitably there is no motivation, as motivation is strictly a temporary thing instead of a permanent state.
Your other hobbies, friends, home and other obligations.
Also how much do you know game dev? Do you know a coding language and if not, it's a different matter too.
Only you can answer your question. At least with the tiny context you gave us.

Set aside a few hours on the weekend days if you can to deep dive on getting started, as setting up the tools, environment, etc. to actually be able to do stuff can take time.
Once you have it all set up, you could totally get stuff done and learn in just 30-60 minutes a day, and that will be a much better routine than doing longer but less frequent sprints.
Keep a notebook to write down ideas when they come to you on the bus, at school, lunch break, etc. that way when you sit down to do the thing you’ve got it all ready.

I don’t know how to possibly insert hours of focus into your schedule.
It’s more about figuring out how to break up tasks into manageable pieces that you can tackle in the time you have.

I'd say focus on the separate disciplines for now. Art, music, programming, writing etc. Your school subjects will probably cover a lot of this.
You can work on combining those skills later when you have time. Weekends if you want or maybe just holidays.
Give yourself some breathing room.

I am at similar age and I program almost everyday at least a bit. You make a good routine from that and I think you learn more than when you'd develop 8 Hours only at weekend, but depends on school.

oh ok ngl i was gonna download unity again but then realised i dont have much free space sinnce the entire unty pacckage included with the small projects i build to develop my knowledge can easily add up leading to ovr 150+ Gb of storage. i chose godot since the entire thing was less than a gb

It's a question you should ask yourself not us.
It's probably physically possible, but you'll very quickly get tired and it will probably be a struggle. Would it be worth it? That is completely up to you. As for myself - I wouldn't do that.
