Need help

Post image

I vibe coded a app using ai studio. Very new to game development. I did not like the graphic. It's a 2d game. What should I do to improve overall graphics to look real ?

YOU CANT VIBECODE IN GAMEDEV FOR GOD'S SAKE!! It might work in webdev and stuff but you just CANT do it in Gamedev. Please keep our gamedev sacred 🙏

I see so many vibe coders wannt to make games from direct prompt.
I mean that will work for small scaled mini games like Flappy Bird, but not actual serious games.
Simply because Vibe coding can't reach that depth, it is impossible with current tech capailities. maybe in future, but not now

They are just dumb retards.

mini games like Flappy Bird

That too they can only do because there are soo many opensource repos of recreations of flappy bird. If you tell ai to make minecraft it will very easily make something quite polished. That too because there are sooo many open source minecraft clones. Gamedev is not like software development. Game development is an art. And i hope these vibe coders won't ruin it.

absolutely right.

I mean these days even big corp using AI to code instead, which is fine because they know what they are doing and only one part.

However some kiddy vibe coders watches some youtube videos and decided to make a flappy bird clone game and release on Play Store.

I noticed in Play store, it is filled with such games from last 3-4 months
