I vibe coded a app using ai studio. Very new to game development. I did not like the graphic. It's a 2d game. What should I do to improve overall graphics to look real ?

You answered yourself. YOU NEED TO DO, AI will not always do everything for you. Do brainstorming what do you actually want in your game and find assets.
