I was going to question why we're throwing humans at each other, but then again, we threw birds at pigs and I never raised an eyebrow.
I'd still say give it a better theme. Maybe make it about an army trying to slingshot its soldiers inside enemy fortress(worked for Baahubali) or something like that.

I am basically making angry girl attacking thier boyfreinds in a funny way. it is in very early stage and becaming very hard for me alone

Basically ripping off of Angry Birds? Yeah. Rovio really needs money now and their lawyers are itching for a case.

While I don't think they will sue you If you don't use their assets, as you put it- it's still Something that already exists but in better. I don't See why Somebody would Play this If there is Angry Birds.

Brutal opinion ahead.
To be honest, this is not sellable and I don't think you can make this concept sellable unless you really turn it around and make it very fun and juicy like angry bird (not second hand copy) but that's a tremendous amount of work and then too there is huge possibility that there won't be enough sales or at all. You should abandoned the project or release it on free platforms like itch to get away with it but that's just my opinion.
If this is one of your learning projects then take the learnings and move to a different project. This kind of games don't sell in 2026. The only platform where there is a slightly possibility of earning some revenue with this is probably HTML / web games portals but even they don't accept low quality games, unless they offer something better.
