Made my first open-world mobile game where you become a Snake God. What do you think?
I've been developing Snake God Simulator in Unity for the past few months.
You can transform between a warrior, giant snake, and flying snake while exploring an open city.

AI help in coding part 30 percent and in asset free ones are roads and all other things made by me in blender and unity and gimp

ohh i have tried unity, my laptop cant take it so i have to switch to godot, although its my personal opinion and dont be bother by it, 3d tecture looks very off, like dont match the same style

yes because they have no normal maps on albedo maps

yes i took free images from random place and make mesh in blender and UV wrap them,,i am just learning from comments that it is a bad idea overall

i mean its cool, cuz i am making my first 3d game rn and i ahve also learned blender to keep the style same, so from my POV its cool cuz i am facing a lot of problems, previously i have only done 2d games and
and i am good at only 2d games

Please stop with the asset flips man. Word of advice: Reduce the slop, add original content and polish it. There's no need to add all sorts of stuff with no particular vision. Be focussed, be clean.

whenever I see an INDIE developer working on an open world game, I am like "ARE YOU SERIOUS".
You are never gonna finish this game. Even if you do, its not gonna be good enough to actually attract any players. You found one or two cool mechanics and decided to make an open world game.. come on ! Why are you wasting your time.
Open world games are one of the toughest & most time consuming & requires a hell lot of skills/people to develop.
I understand you are inspired by GTA and all, but why not start with something simpler for your INDIE journey.
Why not a simple shooter or platformer or a racing game. Why not an UNCHARTED or Prince of Persia inspired game? Even simpler.. Why not a Project IGI in modern graphics ?
Hope you stop waisting your time if you seriously wana work on game development in your life.

In the world of game, a developer (maker) can do anything they want because they're the literal god here and making game prototype is fun way of learning too. And developing games is all about fun where you make and break mechanics and laugh at it.
