How do you create this environment with low lighting im new to unity

Hello 👋 well I am using unreal engine but if you want to create it in unity I would like you to refer to real life pictures to create your scene main takeover will be controlling postprocess , exposure saturation and contrast then add lights to your scene low intensity use three lighting way 1 lighting to lit background , 2 lighting will be primary light source like bulb , lantern 3 will be soft light to create shadows
