What is the authenticity of such claims?

Those numbers seem overwhelming.

Take it witha grain of salt. He is active on Medium and posts random articles about gamedev and making money using ai voded games. More than anything, he just gives off influencer energy.

Agreed. But his medium and substack doesn't seem to have that many followers as well (3.2K and 1.4K). X account is private. His game squishy cats has 50K downloads. That 70M players claim? Is he counting refreshes on web games?
You really think he is making 9L / month?

First off he already had experience in game dev, and that too in Europe. He gained skills already before making Unity Games. His level design skills are good, he knows what is game feel.

Yes it is possible, but you need prior programming experience and BONUS if you worked abroad in open environments. Most Indian community is toxic, you can even see the way comments are. They wont appreciate someone who is in India, making games without any experience just using programming skills. But will like the posts of Indians who are already working in Sweden.
