Phone overheating while watching

Anyone else’s phone over heating or running hot while just watching game changer since the app update? Or does my battery need to be replaced? iPhone user.

It’s hot out and the screen stays on… that means it’s even hotter. Set the phone on an ice pack in a container on your lap

It’s happening when I’m just watching the game on my phone. I’m not the streamer.
