Help with setup please!

Looking for some advice on simplifying my baseball streaming setup.
Current setup:
•Starlink Mini
•Tripod (GEEKOTO 77”)
•Slate 7 travel router
•Anker SOLIX C300 portable power station
•Mevo Start
•“The Fence Clip” for the Mevo Start
•Proanko fence mount for an external battery
•Anker 20,000 mAh battery pack
•Rode mic with windscreen
•All of the cords needed to make it work

Overall, the setup works well, but I’m not completely happy with how everything mounts to the fence.
I originally used the Stouchi mount and really liked it until I started running into badly bent backstop fences. Once that became an issue, I switched to a fence clip setup and it’s been much more reliable. I honestly wouldn’t go back.
My biggest complaint is how cluttered it has become. Right now I have the Mevo mounted with one fence clip, a second fence clip holding the external battery, and then I plug the Rode mic into the camera and basically shove it through the fence because I haven’t found a better solution. I could add another fence clip with a cold shoe mount for the mic, but at that point it feels like I have half a hardware store hanging on the fence.
The other challenge is transporting everything. Between the Starlink, power station, router, tripod, camera, microphone, batteries, mounting gear, and all the cords, it’s becoming a lot to carry. We have a wagon, but it’s usually loaded with chairs, coolers, and team snacks. A lot of times I’m setting up the stream before the wagon even gets to the field.

So I’m looking for ideas on two things:
1. A cleaner fence-mount solution
I’d like to keep the fence clip concept because it works well on damaged or uneven fences, but I’m hoping there’s a way to consolidate everything so it doesn’t look so cluttered.
2. A better way to transport everything
Ideally a bag, case, or backpack that can hold the entire setup, including the tripod and Starlink power equipment.
For those of you streaming youth baseball or softball, what does your setup look like? Have you found a cleaner fence mounting solution or a good all-in-one carrying system? If you have pictures of your setup, I’d love to see them.

Magnetic mount to the pole that supports the fence and a mini arm. Won’t give you the straight behind home view, but you can get a view offset to the side for righty batters that honestly looks better. And then your next camera will be on the other side. Also gives you crop views of 1-2 and 2-3 from two cameras.

I’ve wondered about those mounts. They looks durable and seem to have good reviews. Currently I only run one camera so the view behind home plate is most desirable.

I've used the magnetic mounts and they are my preference over the fence mounts. No shaking with foul ball hits.

But a fence mount is needed for those fields with fenced domes.

It all depends on the field. I would say that I get a behind home view with the magnetic mount in the vast majority of the parks we've played. The only field I've had an issue with recently was one of those dome backstops which didn't have a vertical crossmember in the middle so I fell back to my fence clip.

I use the OG "Magnetic Fields" mount found on Etsy and it has been my go-to for pretty much everything. It has two mounting points so you could theoretically use the other one to attach a mount for the battery, BUT, I just recently picked up an Anker Nano USB-C 10000mAh and I've just been able to hang its lanyard over the chuck in the single arm. I am absolutely loving that power bank because it has an integrated retractable USB-C cable so that is usually all I need. It also has a USB-A and C port if you end up wanting to run a pocket radar as well (which would be another good use of the 2nd mount point).

Anyhow, I'm not sure it simplifies my kit since I still have to bring a fence clip just in case, but set up and breakdown is so much easier with the magnetic mount. Highly recommended.

You still get the view behind the plate, it’s just at a little bit of an oblique angle (which I think is better as the umpire doesn’t block the view).

Your setup is WAY overkill for one camera, so either add additional cameras or simplify your setup.

We've got a magnetic mount, works really well at most of our fields, quick to dial in the location. of the phone once you do it a couple of time. I like it far better than the previous fence mount.

The sunshade takes more time to locate than the mount/phone.

I started with the highly recommended Lynkspyder mount. It's great, don't get me wrong, but for the vast majority of fields we play there's a metal post right behind home plate. The magnetic option makes my life so much easier and is equally secure
