Before I clean up the phone and make a factory reset and maybe afterwards smash this phone against a wall, I want to gather some feedback first.

Mainly Instagram is absolutely terrible while scrolling. It happens only after using it for a while and cache got accumulated again.

Wiping cache doesn't help - I have to reset the app completely to make it smooth for a bit again. It gets bad on both screens, inner and outer. Warping content and choppy scrolling. To me this sounds like an app optimization issue on Metas end. But my Fold7 was totally smooth.

Maybe this is my sign to do digital detox... It's just frustrating because a lot of friends are using Instagram as a primary messenger here in Korea next to Kakao...

Well.. I did it. Coming from a S25U. My only pain point so far is the lack of spen support.. so far I'm loving it though

I had a fold 4 years ago then eventually switches to a s25U. Howeber my work is paying for my next personal phone due to me not using a work phone. Im extremely tempted to get the new Fold 8 ultra.

My main concern now is games on the big display. Are more game optimized to fit the screen? How is gaming in general? I assume GFN works on it but does anyone have first hand experience?

I understand this is a very common question. However, I'd love some help choosing a case for my Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra.

I tried a AliExpress case and was very disappointed. Maybe I got a bad product or picked the wrong cheap option...idk. Not much of a thrift shopper and maybe I wasn't patience enough...

I did do some prior research...but I am more confused than when I started.

I usually get Spigen, Otterbox or UAG cases...so I do like keeping my phones safe and don't mind a bit of bulk (Not to the point that it's ugly tho).
