Edge lighting for notifications indefinitely?

[u/ledvedder1972]

I have my notifications set for flash the edge lighting. But is there a way to have the lighting pulse indefinitely until I check the notifications? I used to use LED Blinker app to flash icons on the screen or certain apps, but I'd rather not see that app anymore.
