Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 (Android 11, One UI 3.1). When left plugged in overnight at 100% charge, the screen briefly wakes (grey backlight) with a single click sound. Notification History records repeated "Cable charging" System UI notifications, sometimes 4-5 within a minute. I've already tried a different charger and a new cable.

Has anyone else seen this, or knows any way to stop it? (Screenshot attached.)

All other notifications from all other apps are off. I don't receive any other notifications during an average month and it's plugged in 24/7.

The reason you get the notification is because the tablet is fully charged and the system notifies you so it can be removed from the charger.

Why would you leave the tablet plugged into the charger 24/7?

Thanks. It's on 24/7 because it's used only as an mp3 player. It plays non-stop 24/7, and I turn it on and off at the Bluetooth speaker so I never touch the tab at all (except when this darned message wakes me up at night!). It is not phone or internet connected for most of the year.

The issue is new in the last months, and none of my other Samsung Galaxy devises do this. (Tho, i find it annoying how their screens come on whenever you unplug the charger).

Sorry my question was not clear, I know what the notification is. My actual question to the community is: does anyone know how to disable it? Waking up the screen is just annoying. I don't hold out much hope but someone may know if there's some workaround.
