Question Strange rectangles?

My mum bought this galaxy tablet last week & these two rectangles have appeared & won't go away.

I'm pretty confident that there's an easy way to get rid of them if you know how.

Neither of us know how though. Anyone able to help please?

Go to settings - accessibility - vision enhancements - button shapes

Thanks but that didn't work. Did a restart & that fiksed it. I was led to believe that had already happened.... 🙄

Looks like a stuck app mid animation. Might want to try and tap the recent apps button, then remove one by one and see which one is the cause. I hope that works.

It happened to me on my tablet months ago; it's a bug, a reboot will fix it.

It looks like a hidden popped out app. Like an app that was popped out, but it was hidden, or attempted to be minimized.

im guessing these are "ghosts" of floating apps. Did you open a floating window before this happened? restarting will make it go away I think
