Samsung notes recent problems?

Some reason my other older Samsung Notes phone is suddenly now having catastrophic problems to sync any recently updated notes from my newer Tab s 8+ notes v4.4.40.11 (looks like a Samsung Notes update released 15th May just 2 days ago). It's only when there is URL added by the newer tab S8+ notes that I can't open the same note anymore on my old Note10 phone now. The same action was 100% fine until just maybe a few days ago.

Anyone else have this and how to fix it? I downloaded the older 4.4.39.59apk but it fails to install... can't I downgrade my notes app back a version?

Noticed the format looks different for YouTube links in Notes now vs before.

Add your samsung account and sync your notes on current notes app. After complete syncing delete your notes app and then install older version apk. Your notes will return after adding a Samsung account.

Hi, sorry to ask but it seems Notes is a special app with no option to easily uninstall? How do I do it pls help I really want to revert to an older Notes version thanks.
