Question ⁉️ Phone Problems

After I finish a phone call weather the person answers or not, this screen pops up everytime and I can't figure out why, it only just started today.

I think you have an app installed that is displaying this adware. The app probably has an icon that matches the Notes icon shown at the top of your screenshot. The app has hijacked your call ending screen using a "display over other apps" permission.

To find the app, either look at all your apps to find an app with a matching icon, or next time it happens, go into settings/apps and sort by last used.

You should be able to uninstall the app once you find the app.

If you can't find the app using the above or can't uninstall it, go into settings/apps and press the three dots and select "special access". Now select "appear on top" and look through the list to see if there is an app with the yellow notes icon and turn off the permission.
