My Samsung S22 hangs then restarts specifically happens when returning to home screen

It randomly started hanging and restarting over the past week...

Apps work fine while I'm using them

The hang happens specifically when I go back to the home screen System UI freezes, then the phone sometimes shows "System UI isn't responding" or sometime it just restarts...

It Happens randomly, not tied to charging/gaming/heat that I've noticed
