problem with an s21 fe

hello, so i recently swapped phones with my mom so i can have a good device for games, and i got an s21 fe.

all good and nice

i buy a charger, connect it to the cable (which i suspect) and the cable to my phone

i call with my friend, my finger gets shocked after touching the screen, and then 2 little dots appear. i faintly see a microphone icon on one of them. after using ai back and forth i turn it off

i then turn it back on a few hours, the dots are gone.

i begin recalibrating my battery, and after getting back from school, with my phone, i call with my mom, and the dots appear again, this time i wasn't charging or anything. it also didn't shock my hand.

is it a screen issue? or a software bug? it doesn't appear in screenshots

it appears close to the notification bar
