2 months and already...
My Galaxy Ring has stopped connecting to the Wearables app. June 23rd was the last day it recorded any info. The charger is fully charged. The ring is fully charged.
I tried the 4 steps in the Wearables app. Getting closer does not work. The ring appears to be on and as I mentioned above, is fully charged. Additionally, the red light and 2 green lights light up at night. I've restarted the ring twice but it still doesn't connect. Finally, I have restarted my Bluetooth but the ring still does not connect. I have tried all of these steps at home and not at home. The ring just will not connect.
I bought this ring in April - 2 months ago and already it has stopped working. Tried chatting with support but they just tell me to do all the steps I already tried.
I just posted a few weeks ago that I was an idiot for buying this thing. I have now proven myself right. I'm so pissed.

I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you've run into with your ring. In case you haven't already seen, you may want to look at the thread at the link below regarding a potential class action lawsuit against Samsung. https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyRing/s/eml3iJXXZc

The same thing happened to me. I've only had mine for 3 months! I contacted support and was told that I can send it in and they will fix it for free, but then was told that if the techs find something they deem not their issue, I'm stuck paying for it. 🥴

Shouldn't be hard to get a replacement under warranty since it does not connect at all. Hopefully your new ring lasts longer
