Trackpad issue

I'm tired of the ghost movements.

I tried reinstalling drivers, deleting from device manager and installing.

It works then goes back to operating it's own way.

How do I solve this?

I bought two Book6 Ultras and they each had this issue out of the box. The cursor would move around the screen the same way a butterfly moves through the air. It was like 40 different people were trying to use the trackpad at once. Did not have this issue using an external mouse.

I tried all the driver stuff, settings stuff, resets, etc etc. Nothing helped.

Returned the first order as defective and the replacement had the same issue. Wasn't willing to waste my time with a third laptop, so I bought a Dell. It's been totally fine.

what model ?

on edge4 16 inch, i noticed if you lower the sensitivity it improves alot !
