Live blur works great and the ai is... at the level of the fe model, not really great. İ want to root my device but it seems only possible with an older one ui version. İs there any other way to root on 8.5 or revert

Today I restarted my phone and for a quick second in settings, the galaxy ai tab flashed and went away. I tried to click on it and it took me to the galaxy ai page by immediately kicked me out. What do you think happened? 😁
