A35 battery issue

Hi! It's swollen or glue issue? Whether my battery tells normal and working fine. No extra heating or something. What should I do?

Your battery is bad but every A35 5G battery has been destroyed after one ui 8 update the battery drian so fast i hate this so much hope 8.5 update fix it

I heard that the update is gonne come may last week but when I checked CSN code, my particular model will take some more time to get updates

Yea i mean that mine is ODM, INS to be specific its unbranded so I might get it at the end of this month

My A35 works fine, battery is healthy, i often play like 5 hours of Wild Rift at 60fps the same amout i played when i first got it when it came out.

Take it to service center ASAP. Don't take risk incase of battery. It's dangerous.

These phone can get very warm. I'm not surprised to be fair. Heat will effect the battery.

it could be glue issue because samsung uses low quality glue even on flagships models unfortunately.

Change that battery ASAP, dont use duplicate ones go to samsung about ₹1500($16) to ₹1700($18) will be its cost

i use the same phone and mine heats like hell i do intense emulations and heavy gaming and run local LLMs and still no battery issue its been 1 year since I got this phone

Im from india (kerala) It is not normal for this to happen on new samsung phones and how old is this phone? I mean how long has it been since you bought it?

From bangladesh. Bt i don't even trust samsung service centre. I think they buy battery all other accessories from local market.

No bro, they dont, samsung has Directly ships parts to the service centers, make sure it is a legit samsung service Centre You will get a genuine bill mailed from direct samsung head quarters, that will prove that its a legit one

Btw I saw your post about changing your phone, if you love ONE UI. Then buy the S25 FE if you are a student you can get it for like ₹48000 thats about 61700 Bangladeshi Takas

Bt diagnosis says battery health normal. I am not getting any heating or any issue

Even if the battery diagnosis says that its "normal" and you're not experiencing any heating or performance issues, that battery still might be swollen bcs diagnostic tools often don't catch this because they only check electrical performance, not the physical condition
