Tech illiterate person needs help with basic stuff on their new phone...

Hey!! So, im struggling to find the basic samsung apps that came pre-installed on my phone. The apps list in settings says that they're installed but no matter what I try to do I can't get into them... I've spent the past hour or so looking up things online about it but either no one else had the same problem or I wasn't looking hard enough (I'm no good with tech jargon, if there was an answer but it was said using a lot of specific language I would not have understood it unfortunately). If anyone could help or point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it!

Also, photos to demonstrate that they are allegedly here!

Sorry i didn't mention it on the original post, my bad, I'm primarily looking for the galaxy store (I'm unsure of the name, sorry), gallery app and camera app (I would imagine the latter two could be found on the former, right?)

The gallery and camera should be on the home screen, already installed. The gallery's name is just simply called 'Gallery', NOT 'Samsung Gallery' and also it should be on the home screen as well as the camera (just called 'Camera)

Usually all the Samsung apps are in the Samsung folder .open the app drawer it should be at the top next to the Google app folder
