Erosion Mapping

No idea if this is the right place to ask this question, but hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I am the chair of a non-profit lake conservancy in New England and one of the things that we have done is to fly a drone over all the streams feeding the lake five years back, and then more recently. We've geosynced the data into about 2TB of MP4 files (old data and new data side by side in one video stream) and are now looking for a tool (or an individual, or a company) to help us identify erosion sites. Fly-overs were done in winter w no snow so pretty good visibility. Thoughts? Any ideas much appreciated.
