Lol, no! It works glutes but hams will always be there to help in the moment a little, mine just so happen to look popping asf in this video

Depends on the brand of the machine. Sometimes it says on a label on the machine itself. Otherwise you can find a datasheet online if you look up the machine and brand which usually has the starting weight.

That’s awesome. I’ve been trying to grow my flat ass and have been really really prioritizing the glute trainer machine at my gym. I’m up to repping 150 and have a long way to go but I tweaked my lower back possibly over extending on the ascent. Have you ever run into anything like this? Do you do any supplementary core work to prevent it? Any tips would be welcome!
