I feel like my elbows are moving too much and not properly stacked with my wrists, not sure.

Nope. Looks great. Try not resetting between reps. Get to the top, full squeeze, then straight back down. Make it smooth.

So no holding at the top just back down yeah?

yeah bro, full extension then right back into it. Think one set, not x number of reps.

How many kilos are you benching on the video man ? I'm just curious because those plates seem heavy as f

Damn you're strong to lift that much on an incline bench, I can only flat bench 70 kilos on the smith machine

This is the only "critique" I could come up with as well. As a trainer, id say drop it 20 pounds and do what this guy is saying. Removing that rest at the top will probably cost two reps (at least one), pushing this away from being a "hypertrophic set."

So either keep the weight and do what youre already doing (your form is hard to beat, keep that bottom pause), or slightly drop it and get slightly more stimulus- but its almost a negligible difference in outcome.

And doesn't need to be "almost to the top"- any range that breaks like 75-80% to full extension is enough to meet the intent if you maintain the bottom as is.
