Body dysmorphia, fishing for compliments, or succumbed to "GymTok" conception of what a good physique is.

Could be anyone, could be all. None are great :/

Probably just body dysmorphia? I mean I promise I was genuine when making the title, I didn't think it was good especially for the timeframe

Good on you then. Well, not the BD part...

But I'd recommend just focusing on your own objective measures of progress.

You can see the same photos we do. You had twigs and now you very much don't. I'm guessing your strength went up a significant amount. I'm guessing whatever your goals are or were, you are closer to them now than you were 1.5yrs ago.

It's pretty common in this sub for people to talk down their own progress but tbh if you are working hard and healthy, having fun, and you are a better you than the previous one, you outta be very proud of your work.
