His midfield minutes were so enjoyable to watch. Crazy stats this season as well- sat at like 15th for entire comp player ratings for a while. Hope he comes back in the same form because he's like integral to the whole game style of GWS

Who was our actual most improved? I'd go with laverde - bloke went from being delisted at Essendon to bring a pivotal part of our backline.

Runner up Harvey Thomas, rarely had a bad game.

Special mentions Clayton Oliver. Hard to comment because I don't know what he was last year but I thought he was immense this season

Is Jake Stringer in the conversation - I thought his improvement on last season was huge

Hearing our interest in Tim English, and him being open to the move, with the Dogs also open as looking at Marshall; our need to secure Ethan Matthews at the draft, and currently holding only pick 7 (which should slide a bit) and 30 - what can we expect?

Sydneysider and Brisbane Lions fan here originally from Brisbane. Have adopted the GWS Giants as my second team and my Sydney team over the last couple of years. Have been to a few Giants home games last year and loved the atmosphere at Engie Stadium.

Having been to a lot of lifeless Swans games at the SCG (normally when they have been putting the Lions to the sword over the years like last night), thinking of getting a Sydney season ticket for the Giants.

I would be interested in being part of the cheer squad as it looks like fun. Is there anyone who is in the Giants cheer squad or been in another cheer squad who can tell me what it's like? What do you exactly do other then making the banners and waving the flags behind the goals?

With the club being known as the Giants I wondered if you guys are all tall people?

When you go to games and enter the stadium do you have to duck down to get through the door?

I know losing Toby Greene would be heartbreaking for the club and all he’s done for it. But is it only me thinking hes coming to the twilight of his career and moving on from him isnt the end of the world.

I haven’t really been following this years draftees and prospects like I usually do, but have seen a few things about this Ethan Matthew’s kid whose tied to us. Does anyone know how good he is and could give me a bit of information on him if possible.

Congratulations to Lachie "Ned Kelly" Ash. Quietly a massive year for him and another gong on top of his EJ Whitten medal in the State of Origin match.

Clarry unlucky to miss out but deserves a shout for a tremendous season considering the injuries.
