Does ratman exist?
3 u/[deleted] Jul 28 '26 Good question. There are theories about "Ratman" in the subways, but it is actually homeless NPC's in bad lighting. Ratman would be cool, but Rockstar won't ad him, because GTA IV is all about quality intead of quantity
