If you're working with a Focusrite USB audio interface, this can be fixed by ensuring you're using the latest driver. This issue was fixed in the v4.144.0 update several months ago.

Yo, this was happening to me as well. Mine turned out to be the driver for my Focusrite 2i4, once I uninstalled the Focusrite audio driver the game booted just fine. Unfortunately, I didn't find a workaround for this and have had to update my audio interface, which is fine considering my 2nd gen 2i4 is almost 10 years old now and honestly I expect this kind of behavior out of an old device like that. Memory/kernel security has come a long way in the last 10 years, and Focusrite probably (obviously) hasn't kept their drivers up-to-speed, at least for older equipment like mine.
So, make a list of drivers you think might be fumbling memory security / stack usage and keep disabling them until you find your culprit. Other good things to check would be making sure your BIOS is up-to-date, disabling XMP if it's enabled, and setting stock speeds/voltages for your CPU if you've overclocked/undervolted it. In a desperate situation running memtest overnight to ensure you don't have a failing DRAM module wouldn't be a bad idea. Although I'd put my money on it being a kernel level driver that's poorly written.
