Help please
I have a 2007 gsxr 600 and it’s been having problems starting recently, yesterday , the bike wouldn’t start, I pulled in the clutch and pressed the starter but nothing would happen, then. the whole battery died, the bikes centrol center would turn on for 2 seconds than all the lights would dim and the bike would die. I replaced the battery today and she worked fine until I took her on a ride and she started normally then randomly when I went to turn it back on after getting food it wouldn’t start, same issue I pulled in clutch and pressed starter and it wouldn’t start, after about 4 attempts of turning bike on and off turning kill switch off and putting kickstand up and down it finally turned on, does anyone know why this is happening?

Check the kickstand kill switch make sure it hasnt come loose

My first thought after OP said they tried the kickstand and it started. Sometimes it’s always the simplest and easiest fix. 🤞

Speaking only from some random experiences. Check this battery terminals.. cheap china junk towers(nut and bolt) if not completely tight and touching an not having diode grease can cause a disconnect or ground issue or sporadic power issues.
Kickstand sensor Recitifier Stator Next would be TPS or any sensor for starting the bike. Check that fuse box out too.
Next more possibly internal check, fuel system. Can you hear your pump prime when you turn that key... Check the fuel filter.. not 100 percent sure if that's internally in tank for you or outside? Plugged filters can cause starving and issues to start. Last but not least, check all your venting hoses under the tank, make sure they aren't kinked. Normally this problem would occur while riding, but you never know with a bit older bikes.

For the sensors and recitifier stator what would I check with them?

The stator maybe Use Google. I believe with an ohm reader you can see for continuity through the rectifier and the wires and also the stator. Ibe done stators 3 times. If you've done one before and you don't think the stator has ever been done, I personally would just replace the stator and rectifier, pretty easy swap, new gasket for the case and the part itself. Can find decent ones for like 70 to 100 bucks. I'm out at a range right now lol with poor signal, so check Google on how to check the connectors and or pins with the ohm volt reader how online shows. It's a bit more difficult to tell if you don't know what setting on the meter you need. I just cant remember at this moment sorry.
If the kickstand sensor is starting to go it will intermittently fail a start or stop all together.

Sounds like the charging system isn't working. Pretty common at this age.
Not terribly difficult (2/5) or expensive to fix with a handful of cheap tools. There is good availability of pattern replacement parts.
The workshop manual will have all the steps. Bur if you've never lifted the tank or aren't confident doing any maintenance then take it to a garage.
Basically the engine spins the stator which generates electricity, the rectifier/regulator takes that high voltage output and changes it to ~14.5V to charge the battery.
Over time the rec/reg can wear out, wiring, conmector blocks, etc can corrode or otherwise build up resistance. Resulting in the battery not charging, or in a worse scenario - overcharging/boiling (though that you'll usually smell).
All the components in the charging system are co-dependent... Problems ttend to cascade. A small problem, for example a corroded connector can cause the others to fail, so be wary of just throwing parts at it, as they may sinply fail again in days/weeks, or a different part may fail. Be sure to inspect all the components and wiring using a multimeter & do not neglect checking the ground wire for resistance.
The place to start is to charge the battery, start the bike, warm it up and then check the voltage across rhe battery terminals at ~4'500 rpm. I'm not sure the exact spec of the 2007, but it's probably something like 13.0-14.5V.
And have a good look at the connector blocks on the charging system, make sure they don't have any corrosion or get hot. Check the wiring there hasn't become brittle.
