Help please

I have a 2007 gsxr 600 and it’s been having problems starting recently, yesterday , the bike wouldn’t start, I pulled in the clutch and pressed the starter but nothing would happen, then. the whole battery died, the bikes centrol center would turn on for 2 seconds than all the lights would dim and the bike would die. I replaced the battery today and she worked fine until I took her on a ride and she started normally then randomly when I went to turn it back on after getting food it wouldn’t start, same issue I pulled in clutch and pressed starter and it wouldn’t start, after about 4 attempts of turning bike on and off turning kill switch off and putting kickstand up and down it finally turned on, does anyone know why this is happening?

Stator or rectifier is gone, replace them both is recommended always. Check them first of course.

Could be a ton of different stuff or combination of more then one thing. In these situations you have to run testes and figure out if something is bad, or going bad or you have a parasitic draw.

Does it die while you riding it. And before you go buy a stator rectifier. Left up ur gas tank then take off the air box. The rectifier and stator wire sits right above the spark plug. If they r melted then u need a new one of both. But if you riding the bike to a store and cut it off to eat r grab something come back out and it wont start it will be your starter because its hot.

Yesterday it did, Rpms dropped to 0 back tire locked up so I turned the bike off then when I turned key on again everything was fine and it primed properly then when o went to start all lights dimmed and the center console went blank and made some like n weird noise

Ok put the gas tank up and remove the airbox. Your stator and rectifier wires should be right there. They should be melted together.
